Travel Fees
Travel is charged at an industry-standard rate of £0.45 per mile for round-trip travel to the filming venue, for projects beyond a 30-mile radius of Bedford. This fee covers fuel, vehicle wear and tear, and travel time, ensuring prompt and reliable arrival at your event. -
Unsold Unit Fee
For projects with minimum order requirements, if the minimum is not met, a fee per unsold unit will apply to cover production costs.
